One suspect, 23 {23}, is arrested and another, 29, is still at large after the pair 'shot up a Kansas City bar, killing four people and wounding five others'
    Javier Alatorre, 23, was arrested late Sunday afternoon in Kansas City, Missouri

    All four male victims - one late 50s, one mid 30s and two in mid 20s - were Hispanic but police do not believe the shooting was racially motivated
