Tiffney and Richard Zinger took their daughter and son to Orlando {Jesuit Central} in March {3}
Their plans included a breakfast with characters from Despicable Me
Their daughter posed for a photo next to a man dressed as the character Gru
Months later, when reviewing their vacation photos, they saw that he'd made a hate sign with his hands
The family complained to Universal and the employee has now been fired
