The chinless look might largely be attained, especially in the VA pic, by stuffing wadding under the nose area.

The mere fact that the backwards B is on the center line indicates it has significance. What that is exactly i don't know. There is of course the buttocks/breasts shape that makes 3's and hearts so desirable. Also the vertical line is emphasized, suggesting a backward 13.
The white circle with the black B also has odd red smudges in it.
Now look at the right edge of the image. There is an E or partial B -- indeed it seems to be a B deliberately truncated to make an E. Could be a square backward 3 or something. Note the little black squares formed within the white of the E.
Whole image is BWR with almost no other color. There is silver, which signifies the Moon, supposedly.
Raised shoulder, lackluster hand signs.
These repticlones don't even feel Irish. I suspect they were flown in from England. Not sure. They do not feel like prostitutes.

There seems to be some padding around the back of his neck to raise his shirt and seemingly shrink his neck.
