I watched the vid and i can't figure out how truck got from its diagonal resting place onto the highway below. It does not appear to be explained anywhere.
I noticed only CIA repticlones in the vid, and many red flags. The vid even starts with a close-up of a chain-link fence.
Of course the garbage truck has the proper colors.

They claim that almost 49 "MILLION people gear up to travel for July 4th" which is a lie. The vast majority of these are FAKE people, non-human shills with nothing better to do than pretend to celebrate an non-event, a historic hoax. And pretend to believe that nation-states exist. And pretend to have a rollicking good time. And no doubt pretend to be irritated at what they know is a staged accident interfering with their partying.
