    Chicago Police released 69 {!} hours of video related to Jussie Smollett's alleged hate crime case on Monday
    The trove of never-before-seen footage includes police bodycam video of officers finding Smollett with a noose around his neck
    In that clip he says that he kept the noose on because he wanted police 'to see it'
    Another shows the Osundairo brothers in a taxi on their way to meet Smollett on the night of the attack wearing hooded jackets and a ski mask at 1.22am
    A third clip shows the Osundairo brothers running on South Water Street at 2.01am, a minute after the alleged attack 
    The Empire actor had claimed that he was attacked by two men who launched racial and homophobic slurs at him and threw a noose on him on January 29
    In a text sent on January 29 at 5pm - the day of the attack - Abel texted Smollett saying: 'Bruh say it ain't true. I'm praying for speedy recovery. Sh*t is wild'
    Police later determined that he staged the attack and charged him with filing a false police report
    Those charges were subsequently dropped by Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, sparking outrage and launching an investigation into her decision

One video included in Monday's release shows the Osundairo brothers, 25 and 27 {27!},  in a taxi on their way to meet Smollett on January 29, wearing hooded jackets and covering their faces. One is seen wearing a ski mask...
In that clip the two men are seen riding in silence until one tells the driver to keep the change after paying the $9.25 fare in cash.

I watched the vid. One perp spends over a minute trying to dig something out of his pocket or something. Maybe accessing his wallet to pay the driver whom they don't mind seeing them in such attire.
Inexplicably, taxi driver also clothed in virginal white.
Why are the perps in conspicuous hazmat suits with their faces sticking out instead of merely covering their faces? Text says "One is seen wearing a ski mask" yet none is. The guy on the right just has his hood pulled tight enough to obscure the periphery of his face:

Yet none of the imagery shows ski masks. I even suffered through the vid again; no ski masks. At one point the driver asks "The light?" and appears to adjust a switch. For a split second it gets darker in the cab before the same light levels return.
