The actual fall starts at 0:35 and looks like pretty decent stuntwork, as far as i can tell.
Again, the question arises, WHO happened to be filming the family coming down the trail.
The woman unconvincingly trips then falls down (sideways like a klutz, making scant credible effort to catch herself) part of the slope which surface is obscured by the angle. Did they put a bunch of old carpeting there to cover the rocks? But then she does a bit of free fall at the end which looks impressive. And probably did get a few bruises and scrapes.
