Maybe they realize we are too weird for them, I don't know. They get real quiet, never to be heard from again.

Is the super-effeminate look partly due to photoshopping? Note how chin is almost nonexistent, and the eyes too low in the head.
Also the head is much wider than the body. Starvation or photoshop?
Is that the beginning of a tube in his nose, going nowhere? Yet at first the mind assumes that the red edge of the garment is the tube. I am not medically trained; possibly this is explainable as an occasional-use feeding tube that is turned off. Though i see no obvious valve to keep liquids from oozing back out.
Why is a plastic tag going up his face? Seems a bit rude and annoying.
Is the purple there of any significance?
