New registrants: if you try to register you will get a message that we are not accepting new members. Due to the limitations of this forum software which is not designed to deal with incessant CIA harrassment, we have no alternative but to disable automatic registration, and then we can't change this automatic message. Your account needs to be created by admin before you can post in the forums. Because otherwise, almost all registrants are CIA sock puppets. To get a forum account you need to send a brief presentation email to loohanforum at gee mail dot com, also suggesting a user name. Then we can enable you manually. But before you even do that, take a look around the forum and my site and decide whether you REALLY WANT to join/post, before you jack us around. Most seemingly genuine people who apply fail to even ever log in once to change their password after we go through the work of creating a membership for them. Then we must quickly delete their account again lest the CIA has intercepted their temporary password. And of the few who do change their password, most still never post. Maybe they realize we are too weird for them, I don't know. They get real quiet, never to be heard from again.

Antsy legs

Just reporting a very ordinary fact, in the context of Cmdr Loohan last blog entry about AI and antsy legs.

This morning I have unusually antsy legs, also nervousness in the forearms, top of the neck backside, upper lip area. Minor
but noticeable, my job makes me well aware of legs and arms.

I don't feel a core nervousness but it feels like some nervous centers are hyperactive.
Also unusual sleep patterns.

Update , coming back from work, even more antsy, now a bit in hands, cheeks and above the eyes as well.
Legs and forearms feel like there s a vibration. I definitely don t feel like this generally when i come back home.

Update 24 and 25 December , felt very nervous with insomnia. Just wondering if anybody felt the same at these times.

Re: Antsy legs

I will admit, my sleep was a little funky for a few days around this time. Inconsistent. Not straight up insomnia, but sleep was a little tricky.

Otherwise no physical symptoms I can think of. Maybe if my energy stores were low, it would affect me more. I'm typically a harder person to sway, since I'm a pretty high energy person. Though the day before the solstice, when Loohan made that post, I noticed the weather and outdoor energy being a little odd.

As of today, energy feels good outside, and sleep is back to nornal.

Because the New Posts function is dicey, instead i check the main forum menu daily for any new posts made by anyone other than myself, but nevertheless i missed this OP.

I felt real weird around the solstice but relatively OK around Christmas.
