What is the truth about JAPANESE INTERNMENT? Why are all the pics of dubious characters often doing hand signs?

Nowhere can i find any mention of what % of mainland Japanese were interned. Was it really 100%? How much of this is hoax?
It follows the pattern of evil ETs fomenting racism and hoaxed racist acts. Yet, what about the Japanese who were not Egyptoids/reptilians/Masons? I presume this would have been the majority since they supposedly came here as menial laborers.
