They don't actually state that this creature is female; we might be left to assume this is father and son, as there is nothing feminine on display about the old codger.
But the pose would seem more common between people of the opposite sex.
Hence the image strikes me as being deliberately fraught with mystery and innuendo. This is a CIA "Christian pro-life" site but are they gay lovers? Younger man looks a bit fem and is strangely snuggly with the old fart. Or is the old guy his mother? But then why does "she" look totally male and have such short hair? Chemo could account for the latter...

But, HOW can a plane toilet overflow? They do not have plumbing like houses do. They have a chute shutter that opens from weight and drops everything into a holding tank. You can't clog it up easily and if you do, it is unlikely to overflow because they just have thin jets of disinfectant-laden water to rinse the stainless steel chute shutter a bit. And then it would not affect other toilets even if you managed to clog it, because the only place to clog it is the chute opening.
At least that's my impression from planes i have flown in, but it has been many years.
