Please note that shielding only blocks EMR (electro magnetic radiation)!
EMR is not the problem. DOR is the problem.
I know that i FEEL that way, like EMF has no NOTICEABLE effect on me if i have a bunch of well-placed devices around, but am not sure of the scientific aspects. E.g. wifi is supposed to make your blood-brain barrier more permeable to toxins; does this effect go away if you mitigate the DOR?
I am convinced that the proper devices will keep one's energy body together in the face of EMF, and this is great, but i am still leery of cell phones, wifi, bluetooth, etc.
In 2003, when i made my first orgonite, lacking a mold, i used pill bottles. After the resin had set, i experimented with feeling the orgone, and found that it came out the opening as a concentrated beam, while nothing came out through the sides and bottom!
Yes, this is true. I noticed it when i made my 1st pill-bottle TB in 2002.
For one thing, by default, the energy of resin-based devices goes from the bottom of the mold upwards (although The Committe can program the energy of curing resin to go any direction). Also it MAY be that a plastic shell acts to draw in energy.

And lo and behold, recently a German scientist Reiner Gebbensleben found that a plastic bag (polyethylene) can block DOR (which he calls 'hyperschall') from a cell phone. I will post a link when i find that article again.
Found It !
http://www.9010.com/de/elektrosmog-beko … perschall/
The whole page is worth reading, as it is a summary of Reiner Gebbensleben's original discoveries about the properties of DOR.
The second last paragraph is about protection methods, and here is the one i was looking for:
"....,empfiehlt er für den Umgang mit Mobiltelefonen, die Geräte in Plastiktüten aufzubewahren und zu benutzen."

Shielding only helps with smartmeters that transmit wirelessly. Other types transmit via the grid - making all the house-wiring act as an antenna.
Other measures are needed to block this.
According to this repticlone site
http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/ … rt-meters/
there are "AMR" meters in which "The radio signal is picked up by a 'collector' inside a meter reader's vehicle. This is similar to the operation of your garage-door opener..."
Maybe this is what i have.
And they quote a more legit site:
"Digital meters—whether or not “smart”—cause dirty electricity to flow through your home’s wiring. The problem is what is called the “switched mode power supply.” Switched mode power supplies are used to run the digital meter (whether a smart meter or a radio-off opt-out smart meter). In order for a smart meter to be powered, the 240 volts coming off the power line to the meter must be stepped down to 4–10 volts. A switched mode power supply is the device used to step down the voltage from 240 volts to 4-10 volts. This generates an enormous amount of what is commonly known as “dirty electricity” and referred to by electricians and electrical engineers as “voltage transients,” “voltage harmonics,” “line noise,” and “power quality issues.”
This suggests the switching power supply is always on. I'm guessing this is comparable to having any small appliance that has a switching transformer. Would i not have been able to measure such a transformer inside the meter when i hade my trifield meter working?
Offline
Probably not. Dirty electricity is (mostly) in the kHz range, and while the trifield meter has a 40 Hz – 100 KHz range,
if you get a reading, how should you know if it was the 60 Hz AC, or the noise - that has a much lower amplitude?

It is not difficult to measure dirty electricity, you just need a different instrument.
Loohan just found some diagrams that i sent him 4 years ago.
They are plans for an adaptor that turns a digital multi meter into a "dirty electricity meter".

What if you built a Faraday cage around your meter, or just in between your house and the meter and grounded it, and backed it with the plastic sittingtaoist mentions?
So, basically, a rubber mat with chicken wire and aluminum foil stapled to it. and put it right up against the meter to block it from blasting your house, with a ground wire.. you could even put a bend in it, so it's deflected further. like a satellite dish AWAY from your abode. That's what I plan to do. because my smart meter is aimed RIGHT at my bed in my house. the meter is not parallel with the road, or the property line. it is angled funny. i get nightmares after the first night on my home time. The problem gets worse the longer i stay home. Then i go back in my truck with my scumbag satanic Qualcomm, which utilizes GPS, Satellite, Cell and WiFi all at once 24/7. I need a new job, basically. my brain is fried! "What's burning?! I smell chicken!"

Here are the pics sittingtaoist sent me:
Note that the 2nd image says to use an extremely expensive DMM.

The cage might work with your type of meter, but apparently i have the type that dirties the electricity in the whole house when it phones home. See earlier posts on this thread.
Also everyone else around has same type of meter, so the electricity is probly slightly dirty coming in.
Another thing i have noticed, in your case for instance, as well as mine in the past, is that often there is a serious corrupting energy fed into the grid from U bases elsewhere on the line. It is possible "they" can even direct it somehow via the wires to specific bldgs. A few months ago i realized this had been the case on my line, and chased down the sources and neutralized them. In your case i just now found the CIA base under Bayou, AR
36.475539, -92.230546. This probably helps but they will likely do the same thing from other locations. I send Chainy down the wires to sleuth out these bases.
And this corrupt energy is very strong. When we were building my on-grid cabin in late 2011 and getting hooked up to the grid, i had to bury lots of serious orgonite. I think like 3 Jumbo Rectifiers, 2 Orgone Bricks, and a bunch of TBs, on the underground line from the pole to the cabin, to neutralize the intense DOR. I mean INTENSE!
Since then i have also stuck in more stuff, like bionized quartzite and a brick of the March2015B pgm, just for good measure. They have not bothered to refresh their crap, presumably because i am onto them.
I have also found this phenomenon with other people's homes elsewhere. In fact i should make more of a conscious effort to locate such things everywhere... or let my allies do it.
I feel "stuff" already...

In our correspondance 4 years ago, Loohan asked: "Would another brand DMM be likely to work?",
and I replied: "Good point. You cannot know for sure, so it would be better to use your scope, as you know that it has an upper freq limit in the MHz range."
Normally, "dirty electricity" is in the kHz range, and any decent DMM should do. Just check its specs - 100 kHz is fine.
But if you want to be absolutely sure not to miss anything, you can use a cheap scope such as the Velleman HPS10.

Doing some looking around on the web, there seems to be a lot of controversy over whether these Stetzer things are all they're cracked up to be. And supposedly some have caught fire.
I don't recommend anyone go and buy these without researching more. Especially as they seem very overpriced.
Maybe rather than trying to filter out "noise" on the lines, it would be better to use coils, orgonite, etc. to make the noise innocuous? Of course i have no "science" to offer. But when i had my last 2 bldgs made, i stuck onto the wiring (one could use shielded wiring too, but i didn't) numerous cast-resin devices poured in those long bottle-ice-cube trays. Taped them onto the wires with metallized tape, and/or jammed them into the holes drilled for the wiring in the studs. Also shoved a bunch down the PVC pipe carrying the big cable into the breaker box.
The PRG, March2015B, S-B, and other pgms discussed on the "Test: magnetic and electric colors" thread should be good. Also some metal might be good for this application.
I used metallized tape last year, but when i first did the cabin wiring in early 2012 (which was removed after the flue fire in 2014) i was not familiar with that tape, and i wrapped spirals of baling wire or sometimes copper wire every 16" or so in addition to the orgonite. Sometimes i attached the orgonite to the wire with spiral coils. And i used aluminum shavings in the resin too (i mainly used the Energy-Rectification pgm at the time).
The PRG pgm can take titanium shavings and/or powder or steel shavings. The S-B pgm can take some metals of various types. Brass is especially recommended because the S-B pgm is very compatible with the Brass Pgm. The Mar2015B pgm can take bionized sand but i don't think it should get metal except possibly some nails, screws, BBs or other items that can get different pgming. Shungite does go into all these pgms, though, and wouldn't hurt.
However i doubt it is necessary to imbed metals in the resin if you use metallic tape to tape the resin onto the wires.
Bionized quartzite might help too.
Of course most people are not in a fortunate position to do this while having their house built. So instead one can make devices with these pgms with a electric cord imbedded (and the wire ends carefully insulated so there is no risk of arcing). And plug them in around the house. And gift the breaker box.
And i feel pretty good. Of course, that proves nothing as i am not known to be electrosensitive.

I've done the circuit for measuring dirty electricity.
on 220V AC my meters say 2,2
what does it means? I have such dirty electricity?
strange that 1st time I connected I get 0, then i rechecked everything but it was fine, connected again and puts out 2,2.
tried with some loads, it fluctuate for some milli seconds to higher values.
Offline
Your DMM says 2.2V AC? Looks like a mild case to me.
But no guarantee, as this is just an average voltage reading.
Offline
I've tryd another DMM, always 2,2/1,4 .... then I've redone the circuit with new components, it's the same.
then today I've bought another DMM, always the same. I will change that one with one that can read frequencies but at an higher cost of course.
is reading frequencies the feature to use with this circuit? so a frequency meter feature right?
I've used only 200AC on these DMMs I have here...

Now i'm really starting to get paranoid about even having a "smart" meter:
