Any person have any tips on increasing telepathy to connect with good beings? And possibly fortifying one's self against bad ones, ones that cause psychic harm?

What do y'all do to maintain a healthy telepathic sensory perception? What do y'all do to stay in focus with clarity and "grounded". I take supplements on and off, but really I could point out a million things in doing wrong, that I've compromised my life style and health for financial stability and future guarantees I'll have it easy.. Which really there aren't any guarantees. Man, what a bummer of a post.

I guess I don't trust anything with sentience, and therefore I probably hinder my own telepathy.

Yeah! That's ground breaking. I'm tired of getting continually stuffed back "under" the mental barrier. Seems every time I begin to clear my mind, lucid dream, ore anything psychic, I feel, hear and see a series of electric shocks, loud beeps and sudden flashes forcing me back into the mundane mind. I am getting fed up with this bullshit. I don't know who's behind this when it happens, either. Probably being in an electrosmog environment insulated off the ground on rubber tires not helping. I'm a delicate flower. Lol!

So any tips, techniques and tools y'all have to maintaining psychic, telepathic and/or mental clarified integrity, I'd appreciate the sharing. Sharing is caring. Even a simple idea in a single sentence holds powerful meaning.

I would suggest you to try to interact with a SP, with a 15hz zapper of course!

smoke less... try to get clean spring water... and some sun for 15 minutes at least...

Thanks! Unfortunately they have me driving nights and sleeping days lately. Really ruining my sleep. I should be sleep right now.

But as far as driving is concerned, it's pretty easy. Driving at night has its perks.

Good point DanaSG... we shouldn't force opening our supersenses till we are ready. I used to strive for it, also by using stimulants sometimes, also went to Ayahuasca and so... but recently found out that striving pulled me mostly out or above of my body, where I became too much sensitive and vulnerable.... I actually gave up the idea to communicate to 'invisible' world and be more in touch with 'common' and substantial things and friendly people around and be with my strong points like playing drums what has almost always grounding and healing effect on me.

I think these non-organic and demonic beings wants our attention what pulls us out of bodies - they need human essence. Be just aware of their existence, but don't feed them requires some distance point, like 'step back' instead of 'attack back'.

Dear Bal, yes you know best what is your strongest point that what makes you withdraw into your heart and Real Self naturally, may not be something supernatural but what gives you sense of compassion where you really hug yourself as you are. Gods and Demons stand in awe of that.

Bal, I missed to write... that if you want to boost telepathy you should take some tektite. even some necklace of tiny spheres will be very good.

Ormus, and monoatomic gold just don't click with me. Feels like it would have negative side effects on DNA. I've tried shortcuts before. I have been warned about shortcuts. Sometimes you need a quick path, but in this case it's more tailored to what the individual may want or need. I have received help and some healing from this little out reach. So thank you all.
And yes, it's crazy how the bizarre nature of reality and of others' experiences can keep you sane. Haha. Never looked at it that way. But it makes perfect sense. I'll have to remember to try the tektite, ndw.

I'm in the same boat, for much of this. First off, lately, things are so peaceful it's downright boring. Ever since all those wonderful species were knocked out of existence, my house has been pristine. And work, hoo boy, it's like a different world. All the spooks and creeps have zero firepower it seems. They still glare at me like they used to, trying to have some sort of effect on me as they wait in line (I'm a cashier at IKEA). But it doesn't do a thing. It once did, and to be honest, it was fun to push against. To deflect and parry with my own special brew.

Now it's like shooting fish in a barrel. I almost hope they find a new source of demonic power. I'll fall asleep otherwise.

Then I think of others who really get picked on, really tormented, then I feel foolish for thinking such a thing. I much prefer peace for all over entertainment for myself.

I've had the same issue for years. How to connect to friendly beings. I've only felt truly lovely, benevolent entities less times than I can count on one hand. I've felt many neutral entities, but couldn't tell much else about them other than that they're perceptible. Then, of course, endless waves of negative ones.

Perhaps if more truly lovely entities approached me, I'd be less afraid to open up to communication. But it's incredibly rare.

I imagine some are afraid to approach me, because if it feels even a little icky or strange, I'll do my best to pummel it. Who knows, it's possible I've hurt beings who were covered in black gunk so to speak, and only wanted help.

For me, it at least gives me peace of mind to imagine healing and cleaning up any entity that I can perceive. Be it good, bad, neutral, it would only help if I visualize this. If it's good, my actions will be appreciated. If it's bad, my rather rough cleansing regimen will serve more as an "acid" than a soap, since it's packed with love and any orgone I can organize into it.

I still have a lot of work to do on boosting my communication skills. I imagine a lot of this ties into dowsing, which I am fairly clumsy at. I can feel energy well, which helps with figuring out some things, but definite answers are harder to parse.

Perhaps we should focus on cultivating our own power/spiritual being during this time of rest. Heal and be better. If you are bored of the lack of external troubles, pursue healing the internal ones. That's kinda what this thread is about for me. this delusional world seems to trap people outside of their minds quite easily.
