Yeah his arm shadows are something. And what about his back? Back of neck is reflective above, shading his double chin.

The angle of the supposed light and shadow could make an ellipse kind of shape, shadow.
But the bottle is weird, it doesn't have a bottom... it would have to be a 150ml bottle or something that small, but i don't there is such a small comercial water bottle available in the market.

And the documents are all messed up... bad photoshoping abilities that's for sure!
