Look at the size of the wrist and forearm! Lens proximity can't quite explain that. Also  it seems like an un-ergonomic way to hold a child. Her hand has been shopped onto his leg but does not contribute to keeping him off the ground. Plus it's doing a subtle Devil Horns. And is tantalizingly close to his crotch.
