What the ??? Face does not look very drag-queenly BUT head and hands are HUGE! Of course the hands are closer to the camera but even so...
I don't detect that image was shopped, yet such a huge head on a small body normally means a MTF, as the hormonal manipulations often neglect to shrink the head, so for that reason many MTFs have disproportionately large heads. But this might be the most extreme case i have seen, and this is a born female! Who does not seem like a pseudo-tranny except for the head and hands. Well, OK, maybe the big chin, wide-set eyes, and brow are borderline.
I checked other pix of her and the head is large in them.
Also the shoulders seem a bit square, despite their narrowness.
Of course the media no doubt delights in presenting this freak as a normal human. So does not attempt to hide the distorted features.
It is odd that sometimes only certain pseudo-tranny traits manifest due to Egyptoid DNA. My mom for example has a very female figure and jaw, a normal sized head and hands, but huge ears, very high cheekbones, strong brow ridge, and very sloped forehead. These last 4 traits are unusually marked in her.
