Only real humans in vid. Will blow your mind. Especially see the bit starting at 3:20. Gov't hands out extensive drug paraphernalia to homeless mental cases living on the streets, yet if they ask where they can get some support to get off drugs, gov't has no advice for them.
(At the very end however, the guy, though he seems sincere, offers authoritarian  "solutions" that would play right into the hands of govt.)
