Note the weird fruity hand position above shoulder, doing Devil Horns. The queer look is suggested also by putting another guy's arm behind him, on his waist. Looks like Hitler has 2 right arms, both gesticulating gaily. Goggles on heads left. One guy has very odd "flaming" inverted V riding the inside of his legs and groin.

Doing it again, also has hand on groin, perhaps preparing for action with the offered butt-crack of the big V boy. Other boy leans toward Fuhrer's groin and has a dangling phallus. Both boys have self-obstructing foot positions suggesting they are in static poses.
