Tie kind of matches flag.
What makes this interesting is the chin. Normally i only notice this done to females and MTFs. The far side of the chin is longer, and the cleft exaggerated. He does have an unusually pronounced (even for a human male let alone an Egyptoid one) chin cleft in other pix i find, but not as extreme. It is unusual for them to make a man look more male.

Hand-signing guy has right shoulder raised to an absurd extent. Less so the guy in white shirt (with black trim of course). And the guy with the black case in his pocket lifts the left, as does the guy in the safari vest and Ms Black.
And even more than that lift a shoulder; most of these repticlones do to some extent. I have never seen so much lop-sided shoulder-lifting in 1 pic.
