Is that the suitcase in question? Why is it up there with a jacket draped over it? If not, why would an open suitcase be there for the guy to stare at?
The can looks slightly dangerous up there where it could fall. Police vehicles sometimes have to take corners fast. Wonder what it contains, that would be appropriate inside an ambulance. Hope the suitcase didn't slide off, spilling carrion.
