I think this might be a True Confession! Wanting to compare the vibes, i googled "Jeffrey Epstein  Virginia Giuffre" and the usual pic is no longer available there! All that comes up is the pic with Andrew flashing his false teeth and offering 3 fingers. Same thing if i just google Virginia Giuffre or Jeffrey Epstein separately.  All copies of the "original" pic we've seen a hundred times seem to be removed from google at this time; seems pretty heavy-handed.
To me it feels like Andrew's head does belong to the body.
Also the railing left feels like it may be CGI for some reason. The Open Door with its gold frame as well. In fact it looks a bit as though the door would hit the post if one tried to swing it open.
