Given the face angle, there should be a difference in ear size. And left side of face should be thinner. Assuming actor had a reasonably symmetrical face. At least that's as much sense as i can make of it. Left eyebrow seems farther away yet nose and lower face straight on. You decide whether image was morphed.
I suspect this was a boy.

Fairly sure these 2 victims were the same male actor, now "retired". Big tooth gap in one pic. Big cavities(?) in winking pic.
