Very advanced security cam monitoring traffic from the side bobs in the breeze and tracks the guy wherever he goes. I watched the vid: all CIA RCs including the taxi driver's union guys.

Looks like he really fell but this had to have been faked somehow. And almost immediately he starts moving around when he should be out cold.
Seems unlikely he would want to jump that far onto concrete.
There are likely additional nonsensical features in the long version but i did not take the time to analyse.
