Only the 2 pedestrians in the vid are CGI.
Note that the 2 are walking the wrong way down the lane, which is blocked off somewhat by a parked cop car also facing the wrong way. In fact the cop car is straddling the dotted line and partway into an open lane going the other way. In other words, blocking 2 opposing lanes, leaving only 1 lane open.
After the naughty car (passing in the lane for opposing traffic without even noticing the pedestrians even though the driver should be very leery of oncoming traffic, and one pedestrian is waving a flag up and down) seemingly hits the dude (without slowing down at all before the impact), we see 2 cars heading unobstructed down the fast lane in the opposite direction. In the US it would have been a high priority to block the road from that direction before marching workers down the middle of the road.
And why would they be walking down the middle of the road, with police protection from 1 direction, when they could be walking along the shoulder or riding? I see no obvious work being done or trash being collected.

which looks touched-up as hell. But resembles the Beelte in the hoax article. Yet, this is a different live repticlone, and not a copy either. But the image is so airbrushed we don't really know what the German one looks like.
I think the Langan actor stood in for Beelte in the hoax, and her front teeth gap may be shopped:

Note the angle and how one front tooth seems a bit trapezoidal. Whereas the tooth gap is proper-looking in the German pic.
Both Beeltes are shown with smaller earlobes than Langan.
I was not able to find a pic of Langan with her mouth open to see if she shows a tooth gap. I doubt it though.

Note that both these hoaxes appeared on the SAME DAY in the same tabloid. Why is that? It may be the disclosure imperative: they must put the truth out in the open, the more open the better. Hey, if the humans are so dumb they can't question obviously fake "evidence", or so cowardly that they refuse to even when goaded to by various agents (Spivey, Dallasgoldbug, etc), they deserve to be scammed.
