Victim appears white and perps are black.
The vid only shows a few seconds of posturing over and over in a loop.
Why would a shirtless man be carrying a bag of jewelry?
Why would the article present as fact the contents and value of the bag, when presumably there was only the victim's claim? Especially as the victim seems a bit fishy, inexplicably hauling around a bag full of jewelry. Why couldn't he afford a cab?
The value of jewelry depends mostly on whether it is sold as new by a jewelry dealer. Otherwise it is worth only a small fraction. If the retail price was 7.5K they might get what, 200-300 from a fence? If that.
7.5K retail jewelry will fit in a jeans pocket. Or around his neck.
I am not getting a vibe off the existence of this jewelry, but then there is no pic of it.

Various red flags in the article are not very conclusive, but i thought it odd that none of the 3 little girls have hymens -- a COTHS hallmark. Also there is no pic anywhere of the purported deceased boy. I did not check FaceBook but none come up in google images.

After stewing on this a while, i came up with a piece that lights these critters up:
