The 2nd and 3rd look identical. The first is probably the same guy. The last 2 might be the same guy with some chin tweaking.

I suspect at least 4 of these were the same guy.

style of the coat is identical if i'm not wrong, on all of these guys, most probably they had one jacket and then were playing with other details.
also its simple to put something under this kind of clothing, to slightly change visual of how shoulders are looking on pic.
Compared to today's work on staged photos, these from the past are looking more "dandy"

I have been seeing these odd bunny ears in several hoaxes lately. Immortalizing Hefner, i guess.
Zoom in and you will see that at least parts of those 3 repticlone women are pasted in.
Look how little definition the legs have of the one with the ears.
I dunno what the deal is with the repticlone cop on the left. Her arms look either truncated or bent at an odd angle, while her jacket bulges out as though she has a huge belly.
