I watched the vid and am curious why there are so many large trucks in the left lane, but only smaller vehicles coming from the opposite direction.

No collision is shown, and no van. The last vehicle we see approaching the truck is a pickup truck with a camper shell. After which the truck veers off the road.

Note there is only 1 tree in this much space.

This is the rear of the bus. Does this jibe with other pix? Note how closely spaced the trees are. And why is a pink blanket attached to the door? Hard-workers here. In the interest of good taste, no victims ar ever shown. Maybe they will trot some out later.

The path of destruction it left behind. Note how close to the bus the side road is here, compared to the first pic. What is this metal pole, on the opposite side of the road as the utility lines show in first pic? Early in the vid we see wires crossing the road to it, not seen in first pic. But than at 1:46 these wires are "gone" again, as the bus is much farther away from the side road.
At 1:49 we get a drone shot of how far away that pole is. Note how many trees are between the pole and the bus.

Unfortunately the footage stops before it gets to where the other side road, going left, is shown in the first pic.
They went to great deal of trouble to create these inconsistencies, in order to make it clear that their purpose is not to deceive anyone, merely to waste a bunch of resources and money.
