I have a suspicion TigerSwan hardly exists except for their website. Their projects are done, i suspect, by other CIA groups.

The Intercept has published three sets of “situation reports” from TigerSwan, which detail the organization’s operations against protestors. They intend to release more in the coming weeks.

I can't find a pic of the artist himself, but he is male and i suspect, Egyptoid.

All of them have very wide-set eyes, and many have brow ridges.

Also the artist is a hoaxer.

OK, so no doubt some idiots do look for supernatural solutions to non-supernatural problems. On the other hand, for the past 12 years i have countless times relieved what seemed like ailments in others and myself by removing demons, spells, etheric implants, and neutralizing attackers. In fact, i do it several times a day, as a few people could attest to.

But my point is this pic:
