[Edit] Actually some weeks ago i found a TH Blangster with a transmitter that was targeting an individual in a focused manner, and this xmtr was channeling a U base or at least directed by one, as i recall. This was the only incident i have noticed so far of focused targeting by imbedded xmtrs.
